I FEEL PRETTY
For the long sleeve version, we originally had "26 sts rem for all sizes" after shaping the sleeve cap. However, this should be "30 sts rem for all sizes." The correction has been made in version 1.1 available on Ravelry.
BAINBRIDGE ISLAND SCARF
The chart has been updated to indicate garter stitch at each edge.
COVINCE ME VEST
The statement regarding the total stitch count has been removed under the Finishing section for the armhole. (Red text has been removed)
Using size US 4 / 3.5 mm DPNs and w/ RS facing, pick up along each armhole at a ratio of 3 sts for every 4 rows. Total st count should be a multiple of 3 plus 1 st. Inc or dec as necessary. Work 6 rnds in reverse St. st. BO in pattern.
The following changes have been added to Version 2 of the pattern which was updated electronically on 18 November, 2013:
Bust size is given in pattern for blocking purposes. We allowed for 2-3” ease at the bust as the pattern drapes close to the body due to the cables. For example, I have bust size 35 (measured from the largest point) and knit a size small for size 37 bust. This will allow the garment to have a nice shape around the bust while not fitting too tight.
Bust size in centimeters for sizes Small and Medium should be corrected to 94 cm /and 101 cm respectively.
Under Eyelet Cable Pattern, "Multiple of 12 stitches" should be corrected to "Multiple of 8 stitches."
The Crisscross Lace pattern contains double yarn overs on the RS. On the WS, these are addressed by performing a K1, k1 tbl. Be careful not to drop the second yarn over as this is where you perform the k1 tbl.
To mirror the Crisscross Lace pattern: on rows 3 and 7, work 2RC on the right side and 2LC on the left side.
Within the Eyelet Cable Pattern, the p2tog tbl is performed by slipping 2 stitches as if to knit and then purling the 2 sts together through the back loop.
Under Begin Increases: the k sts become k2 after each increase and the p sts become p2 after each increase. After all increases are performed, the side Eyelet Cables are surrounded by k2, p2 rather than k1, p1.
The Eyelet Cable Chart shows a right leaning increase, however the written instructions are correct. This is a 4-st left yo cable.
Under Begin Increases, the video will provide a nice overview of where the increases are performed and how to work the lifted increases in both k and p sts. We are clarifying the instructions as follows:
Increase Row 1 (eyelet cable outer k st border): RLI, k1, continue in patt to the last k st of the last Eyelet Cable panel, k1, LLI.
Increase Row 9 (eyelet cable inner k st border): Work to the last k st of the first Eyelet Cable Panel, RLI, k1. Work in patt to the marker just prior to the last Eyelet Cable panel, sl marker, k1, LLI, work in patt to end of row.
Increase Row 17 (eyelet cable outer p st border): K2, p1, RLI purlwise. Cont in patt to last p st of the last Eyelet Cable panel, LLI purlwise, p1, work in patt to end of row.
Increase Row 23 (eyelet cable inner p st border): Work across the first Eyelet Cable panel to the last p st, p1, RLI purlwise. Cont in patt to the first p st of the last Eyelet Cable panel, LLI purlwise, p1.
ast on for Arms instructions have been clarified as follows:
CO 8 sts beg of the next row using the cable CO method. Work in k2, p2 ribbing across the 8 CO sts, work in patt to end of row. With WS facing, CO 8 sts beg of row using the cable CO method. Work in p2, k2 ribbing across the 8 CO sts, work in patt to end of row.
Note: St markers may be used to indicate the beg of the CO sts in order to keep track.
100 (108, 116, 132, 148) sts. Then, CO 8 sts beg of the next 4 (4, 4, 6, 6) rows. 132 (140, 148, 180, 196) sts. Cont in pat as est (i.e. knit the k sts and purl the p sts across the CO sts). Then, CO 2 sts beg of the next 2 rows. On the RS, p the first two sts and then work in ribbing pattern as established. On the WS, k the first two sts and then work in ribbing pattern as established. 136 (144, 152, 184, 200) sts.
